🔔 I'm not receiving daily notifications
On Android devices, the system often optimises battery usage and stops apps running in the background. Please go to the app settings and make sure battery optimisation is disabled for "Daily Love".
💎 How can I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). You can manage and cancel them at any time in your phone's settings under "Subscriptions".
📝 How does personalisation work?
In the app, tap the gear icon (Settings) and then "Personalisation". There you can enter your name and your partner's name. These will then be automatically inserted into the messages.
